Role Overview

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Lead to handle end-to-end hiring and strengthen our talent pipeline across roles, on a 6month contractual position with the possibility of conversion to full-time employment.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Bangalore/ Gurugram (Hybrid)

Experience: 4 - 5 years Maximum

Open Positions: 10

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle: JD finalization, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain trackers/ATS and share regular hiring status reports.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with maximum 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with job portals/ATS and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
