Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Lead role located in Jodhpur. The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing employer branding strategies, coordinating hiring initiatives, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment campaigns to align with the company's workforce needs. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Lead will collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and contribute to building a robust talent pipeline.

- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Ability to conduct professional Interviewing and secure top talent
- Expertise in hiring processes and workforce planning
- Experience in developing and promoting Employer Branding initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset to assess recruitment metrics effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles
