As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a talented - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in supporting our team and ensuring the efficient functioning of our administrative processes.

Job Description:

As a Talent Specialist, you will spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and recruit exceptional candidates who align with our company culture and vision. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our employer brand and optimize our talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

·        Job advertisements are posted on various job portals including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

·        Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and performance evaluations.

·        Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

·        Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.

·        Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR initiatives and projects.

·        Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives, organizing company events.

·        Manage administrative tasks, such as coordinating office supplies, Customer Service, or any task given by managers.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Previous experience in HR and/or administrative roles within the e-commerce industry preferred.

·        Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

·        Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, including Macros, Pivot Tables, Charts, Reports, H-Lookup, V-Lookup).

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho/Keka software.

·        Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

·        Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

·        Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
