Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with 810 years of experience to drive recruitment strategy, manage a team, and partner with business leaders to fulfill hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, expertise in stakeholder management, and a proven track record in scaling hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple business units
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets
- Drive data-driven recruitment decisions using metrics and analytics
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer branding
- Build and optimize sourcing channels: LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Monitor key metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer conversion rate
- Handle leadership hiring and niche/critical roles
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 810 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience in team handling and leadership roles
- Proven expertise in IT and/or Non-IT hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment reporting and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup or scaling organizations
- Exposure to leadership hiring and bulk hiring
