Position Summary
The Recruitment Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, leading a team of recruiters, and partnering with business leaders to fulfill organizational talent needs. This role ensures hiring strategies are effective, talent pipelines are strong, and recruitment goals are consistently met.
Job Description
- 610 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, job portals).
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and tight deadlines.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with leadership teams to understand workforce planning and business priorities.
- Conduct screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and selection for mid to senior roles.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Provide consultation on hiring trends, market insights, and talent availability.
- Communicate recruitment status updates and dashboards to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, diversity goals, and company policies.
