Talent Acquisition Lead | Non-IT Hiring ( 0 to 15 Days Joiners only)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead for one of our Clients with strong experience in Non-IT hiring, Leadership hiring and Bulk hiring.

Experience: 4–8 years

Location: Noida (Prefer candidate's location to be Noida/Delhi NCR)

Compensation: Up to 8 LPA, depending on current CTC and experience

Working Model: Initially 5 days WFO + 6-day working as required based on hiring volumes. Once volumes stabilize, the role will move to hybrid / 5-day working, with flexibility to work Saturdays on a need basis.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4–8 years in Non IT and people management
• Joining Time - 0 to 15 Days (Do not consider 60 & 90 Days NP and cannot have a career gap for over 2 months)
• Budget: Up to 8 LPA, strictly non-negotiable
• Location: Noida / Delhi NCR / Gurugram
• Education: MBA mandatory; PGDM not accepted
• Key requirement: People management / mentoring experience
• Hiring expertise: Strong Non-IT hiring, particularly STEM/technical requirements such as Project Management, Product/Program Management (Technical/Functional), Cybersecurity, Analytics, Intelligence, etc.
• Target companies: Genpact, Scale AI, Turing, Cognizant, TELUS Digital, or other Tier 1 IT Consulting / Data Engineering / AI organizations
• Work model: 100% WFO, 6 days initially. Once volumes reduce, expected to move to 5 days and potentially hybrid. Saturday flexibility required based on business needs.
