Talent Acquisition Lead - Enterprise Sales & Strategic Hiring

About the Role
Dr. Morepen is expanding its B2B healthcare business across multiple institutional and enterprise segments, including Corporate Wellness, Universities & Educational Institutions, Real Estate Communities, and other strategic growth verticals.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing sales and business leadership talent. This role will play a critical part in building the organization's enterprise sales capability by hiring professionals across leadership, strategic partnerships, key accounts, and business development functions.
The ideal candidate should have experience hiring senior sales professionals, enterprise account managers, business development leaders, and strategic partnership professionals in fast-growing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and leadership roles.
* Build talent pipelines for current and future business verticals including Corporate, Education, Real Estate, Healthcare Institutions, and other emerging segments.
* Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
* Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, executive search, referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
* Evaluate candidates for leadership capability, enterprise selling experience, stakeholder management skills, and strategic thinking.
* Manage recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-joining ratios.
* Build a strong employer brand within enterprise sales and leadership communities.
* Support the design of scalable hiring processes as the company expands into multiple business verticals.
* Create succession pipelines for critical commercial and leadership positions.
Desired Candidate Profile
* 5-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience with significant exposure to sales and leadership hiring.
* Proven track record of hiring Enterprise Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Regional Heads, Business Development Leaders, Strategic Partnership Managers, and similar roles.
* Strong understanding of enterprise sales structures and B2B business models.
* Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, SaaS, education, consulting, or high-growth industries is preferred.
* Strong stakeholder management and candidate assessment capabilities.
* Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
