Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Leader will be responsible for defining and executing Vialto's talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent in the highly specialized field of global mobility services. The leader will manage a team of recruiters and develop innovative programs to build and sustain a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Design, implement, and manage global talent acquisition strategies that align with Vialto's business objectives and rapid growth.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and develop a regional or global team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
- Talent pipeline development: Establish and nurture talent pipelines for both experienced hires and early career candidates by using advanced sourcing techniques and professional networks.
- Employer branding: Partner with marketing and human resources to enhance Vialto's employer brand and attract talent in a competitive market.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and HR partners to forecast hiring needs, understand critical requirements, and ensure a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.
- Process and technology optimization: Leverage and manage the recruiting technology stack (e.g., ATS, CRM) and continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Metrics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to demonstrate ROI and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment operations comply with applicable labor laws, contracts, and internal policies.
- Vialto Value Network (VVN) Hiring: A centralized internal services hub providing U.S. and Canadian individual tax preparation, immigration documentation, and global mobility payroll and compliance support, enabling scalable, cost-effective delivery for the firm's tax and immigration practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including prior experience in a leadership or managerial role. Experience in a large, global company or professional services environment is preferred.
- Campus and Professional High Volume Hiring across India and APAC (Specifically Japan, Singapore, Poland, Morocco, Malaysia, & Australia).
- Knowledge: Expertise in strategic talent acquisition methodologies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment technologies.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading Talent Acquisition Teams and managing stakeholders
- High volume hiring experience (1000+ hires per year) for both professionals and campus hiring in the APAC Region (Specifically Japan, Singapore, Poland, Morocco, Malaysia, & Australia)
