Talent Acquisition Internship (Performance Based-Students)

This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. They will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment databases, and foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. This is a performance-based opportunity, specifically designed for students keen on gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience or familiarity with Hiring and Employer Branding strategies
• Strong skills in conducting structured and effective Interviews
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
