Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: from JD creation to interviews to onboarding
- Own outreach and pipeline management for roles across departments
- Help craft job descriptions, hiring content, and campaigns that actually sound human
- Support employer branding efforts across platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Research hiring trends, tools, and strategies to keep us sharp
- Sit in on hiring discussions and learn what really goes into building teams
