Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Managing recruitment sourcing and screening, reviewing applications and conducting initial assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Supporting HR administration and operational processes, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment and related HR activities
- Handling onboarding and candidate experience, facilitating a seamless joining process and maintaining positive engagement with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
