Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support campus hiring activities such as candidate shortlisting, coordination, and follow-ups
- Help with initial salary discussions as per defined guidelines and budgets
- Coordinate and track background verification (BGV) and pre-offer documentation
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS data accurately
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes
