Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
- Support candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes based on defined criteria and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and interview feedback
- Prepare interview materials and candidate evaluation forms
- Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
