Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Apna, and other platforms.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic/HR assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; manage candidate communication end-to-end
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and records.
