Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Formulate job descriptions and models for positions across PAN India operations.
- Source suitable candidates based on job requirements and critical attributes, ensuring the timely delivery of quality resumes.
- Attract suitable candidates through online job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Optimize the utilization of talent sourcing portals and referrals to maintain a databank/talent pool for future requirements.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across different levels.
- Facilitate the entire recruitment process by scheduling interviews, verifying offer details, issuing offers, conducting follow-ups, managing the offers database, and communicating rejection notifications through emails.
- Establish and manage talent pipelines for present and future job opportunities, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
