Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize MS Excel to track candidate progress and analyze recruitment data
- Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates
