Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting
- Proven expertise in smart sourcing techniques and passive candidate hiring
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel for data analysis and recruitment dashboards
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI-based recruiting tools and automation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
