Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the company
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications to filter candidates within schedule
