Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Review and shortlist profiles based on role requirements
- Identify and reach out to potential candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS / trackers / Excel sheets
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
- Handle initial outreach, follow-ups, and basic query resolution
- Track candidate progress across different stages of the hiring process
