Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviews and offer finalization.
- Talent sourcing: Leverage job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Screening & interviews: Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building talent pipelines: Maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define roles and recruitment strategies.
- Candidate experience: Ensure smooth and engaging interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Diversity & inclusion: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Data-driven hiring: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire) to optimize hiring strategies.
- Market research: Stay updated on hiring trends and competitor strategies.
