Roles & Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisitions recruiting process.
- Support Manager with various administrative tasks, as needed (Interview scheduling, database management).
- Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews.
- Assist with candidate tracking.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Coordinate and maintain the vendor database.
- Campus hiring and institutional Engagement
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good with Excel.
Good To Have
- Prior internship experience in a fast paced environment of startup.
Eligible Candidates
- Desired Qualification: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
- Work Experience: 0-6 months
