Roles & Responsibilities

  • Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisitions recruiting process.
  • Support Manager with various administrative tasks, as needed (Interview scheduling, database management).
  • Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews.
  • Assist with candidate tracking.
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
  • Coordinate and maintain the vendor database.
  • Campus hiring and institutional Engagement

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & self-driven
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good with Excel.

Good To Have

  • Prior internship experience in a fast paced environment of startup.

Eligible Candidates

  • Desired Qualification: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
  • Work Experience: 0-6 months
