Talent Acquisition Intern (Stipend performance based)

This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern with a stipend based on performance. The intern will support the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities will also include assisting in employer branding initiatives and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates.

• Experience or interest in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting processes
• Understanding of or experience with Employer Branding
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
