Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, manage employer branding initiatives, participate in interviewing candidates, and support the overall hiring lifecycle. Additional responsibilities may include sourcing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and contributing to the optimization of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring practices
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance organizational presence
- Experience or understanding of Interviewing and effective candidate assessment techniques
- Strong interest or background in Recruiting and talent management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR would be a plus
