Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions across various platformsProactively sourcing for potential candidates using databases, social media, and ATSReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who align with our role requirements and company valuesSchedule phone, video, and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experienceUpdate and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) To prepare offer letters and assist with the onboarding process for new hiresIdeal Candidate
0-1 Year Experience with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and via emailAbility to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously
