Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and talent management and want to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes. You will work closely with the HR and leadership teams to identify, attract, and engage top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and manager
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics as required
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Good to Have
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals
- Previous internship or project experience in recruitment or HR
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools
- Interest in technology hiring and startup environments
