About The Opportunity

Join a remote-first talent acquisition team focused on performance-based hiring across India. This role is ideal for a metrics-driven recruiter who thrives on closing roles, building high-quality pipelines, and optimizing hiring funnels to deliver measurable business impact.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for performance-based roles across India: source, screen, assess, negotiate, and close top talent.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search to build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche positions.
  • Manage performance-driven hiring KPIs time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion rates, and quality-of-hire and implement improvements.
  • Operate and maintain ATS and talent CRM records to ensure accurate candidate tracking, interview coordination, and compliance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scorecards, interview stages, and selection criteria; deliver regular hiring forecasts and status reports.
  • Lead targeted outreach campaigns (passive sourcing, referrals, community engagement) to accelerate candidate flow and improve employer value proposition.
