About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying, engaging, and coordinating with potential candidates. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, where applicable.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
