*Internship Profile Description:*

Talent Acquisitionis in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

*Responsibilities include:*

Maintain the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback schedule

Connect with potential candidates via telephone and email to engage them in the recruiting process

Complete various projects as assigned Skills/Requirements

*Requirements*

Basic office skills are preferred

Organizational Skills required

General knowledge of Boolean searches and job boards preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
