Want to start your HR career by actually doing recruitment—not just watching it

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Interns to join our growing team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What You Will Do

• Support candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring data.
• Support the TA team across end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Learn and contribute to real-time hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

What We are Looking For

• Students/recent graduates pursuing HR, Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Prior recruitment internship/experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
