Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless process.

Candidate Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and interview details.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, interview stages, and hiring progress.

Follow-ups & Tracking: Track interview outcomes, coordinate feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Recruitment Reports: Prepare reports on hiring status and recruitment metrics.
