Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (3–6 Months)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for niche and specialized roles across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to work from the Hyderabad office throughout the internship period.
