Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (3–6 Months)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Duration: 3–6 Months Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for niche and specialized roles across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work from the Hyderabad office throughout the internship period.
