Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards.
- Provide administrative support to the TA team as needed.
- Work in AI automation related tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or job portals is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Willingness to work in AI automation related tasks.
