Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment operations during night hours. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of interviews, effective communication with stakeholders, and timely reporting of recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across various time zones, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
• Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, generate daily/weekly reports, and highlight key metrics and insights.
• Process Management: Assist in streamlining recruitment workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Documentation: Ensure all candidate interactions and recruitment activities are accurately documented in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications

• Any recent graduate —no prior experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently during night hours and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
