Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate databases, preparing job postings, and communicating with potential applicants and hiring managers. The role also involves assisting with employer branding initiatives, gathering recruitment metrics, and supporting onboarding activities. The Talent Acquisition Intern will collaborate closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

• Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to interact effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, track candidate pipelines, and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to screen resumes, assess candidate fit, and support data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and be comfortable using recruitment or HR tools and online job platforms.
• Candidates should possess an interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a professional, inclusive, and unbiased approach to hiring.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
