Recruiting is one of those crafts where most people are bad, very few are great, and the great ones quietly run the most important function in any growing company. Without the right people walking in, nothing else scales. Without speed, the right people walk out before they walk in.

 

We are not great at this yet. We get hundreds of applicants per role, the leadership reviews most of them, and good candidates slip through because nobody got back to them in time. That is the gap this role is built to close.

 

 

About the Role

 

This is a Talent Acquisition internship role inside the Founder's Office.

 

You work directly with the founder and leadership on every open role at TTT. Right now that means Business Development, Community, Founder's Office, and Operations hires. Tomorrow it will mean more.

 

If you want a role that compresses 2 years of recruiting experience and learning into 3-6 months, this is that role. And you can ask this to quite a few interns who walked the same path at TTT.

 

Stipend: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000/month, based on what you bring to the table readily. 

 

What You Will Do

 

• Source candidates daily across LinkedIn, Apollo, Internshala, Naukri, and college networks for 3 to 5 open roles at any time

• Run first-pass screens on every applicant. Tag Good Fit, Maybe, Not a Fit. Surface the top 5 to 10 per role to the founder, weekly

• Own outbound cold emails, calls to candidates we want, not just inbound applicants we got

• Manage candidate communication end-to-end. Scheduling, follow-ups, no-show recovery, post-interview feedback

• Own the recruiting tracker. One clean funnel dashboard per role, weekly Monday report

• Run employer branding lite. Careers page hygiene, candidate testimonial posts, founder-led hiring posts on LinkedIn

• Daily leadership sync to share what is working, what is not, where the funnel is leaking

 

 

Must-Haves

 

• Strong written English, you will be writing cold InMails to VPs and warm replies to interns in the same hour

• Comfort with LinkedIn, Sheets/Notion, Calendly

• High ownership and speed, recruiting is a daily numbers game, not a weekly review

• Discipline in follow-ups and documentation

• High reliability, should never need a follow-up twice

• Working from Office, Baner, Pune, 5 days a week

 

 

Nice To Have

 

• Prior sourcing or recruiting reps (college fest hiring, club hiring, internship hiring, freelance recruiting, any)

• Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Recruiter, or any ATS

• Interest in B2B, SaaS, or startup ecosystem

Hiring Process

 

• 20-minute screening call

• 30-minute assignment (write 2 outbound messages and a candidate ranking)

• 30-minute founder round

• Offer or result within 3 working days
