Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team. In this role, you'll support the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding to help us attract top talent across academic, product, tech, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple roles across functions
- Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Own communication and follow-ups to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and reports
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to understand hiring needs
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
What Were Looking For
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders efficiently
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS tools
- Passion for people, attention to detail, and a growth mindset
