Job Description

The Talent Acquisition internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience management within a fast-growing tech consulting environment.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the People team to attract, assess, and engage top talent across our technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Support End-to-End Campus Recruitment

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support interview preparation, evaluation tracking, and candidate feedback consolidation
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for tech and consulting roles
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Support campus outreach and internship hiring initiatives

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Assist in crafting and refining job descriptions
  • Support recruitment-related social media content and employer branding efforts
  • Coordinate career fair participation, networking events, and university engagements

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Support reporting on hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, sourcing channels effectiveness)
  • Assist in improving recruitment workflows, templates, and processes

HR Projects & Ad-hoc Support

  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Contribute to People-related projects such as engagement initiatives or process improvements

What we are looking out for

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Strong interest in in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering.
  • Comfortable engaging and collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work comfortably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong coordination, time management, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months for either full-time or part-time basis.
