Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will assist in the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Tasks will involve conducting candidate interviews, supporting employer branding efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in building a talent pipeline and refining recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Experience in Interviewing and Recruiting processes
- Knowledge of Employer Branding and creating a positive candidate experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with effective time management
- Interest or experience in human resources or talent acquisition, preferably supported by relevant coursework or certifications
