About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic
Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Team at
Broadway. This internship will give you hands-on experience in the end-to-end hiring process, exposure to employer branding activities, and an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and leadership across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Support TA team in drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant portals
- Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media and content coordination
- Assist in campus engagement activities or walk-in drives if any
- Be involved in candidate experience initiatives follow-ups, feedback collection, etc.
- Prepare weekly dashboards and reports for hiring progress and metrics
What We're Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate students pursuing HR or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
