Biz-Tech Analytics is an AI enablement company headquartered in New Delhi, India. We work across two areas: AI Data Services and Applied AI Solutions.

Our data services team partners with leading AI labs and enterprise teams to build high-quality training data for frontier models, including data annotation, RLHF, model evaluation and specialised datasets across coding, mathematics, STEM and medical domains. On the solutions side, we develop computer vision–based tools that help businesses improve productivity, quality, safety and operational insight.

What you'll do

• Manage job postings across recruitment portals and professional networks.
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Oversee candidate onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and metrics.
• Source talent through networking, outreach and referrals.

Who we're looking for

Must have

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Psychology or a related field.
• Clear spoken and written English; Hindi is a plus.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and emails every day.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, Google Forms and email.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up without reminders.
• Available to work on-site at Nehru Place, New Delhi, Monday to Saturday, for the full 3 months.

Good to have

• Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter or an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Interest in technology and AI.
