We're BiteSpeed (Sequoia backed), an AI native customer OS for E-commerce brands powering customer conversations for 5000+ e-commerce brands on WhatsApp like Mokobara, Bombay Shaving Company, Zouk and many more. We're scaling quickly and building a strong hiring engine to support that growth.
What You'll Do
- This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly on end-to-end hiring across teams.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Work closely with hiring managers on role requirements
- Maintain and track pipelines in hiring tools/sheets
- Help improve hiring processes and turnaround times
