We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our tech hiring efforts at BeBetta. The role involves sourcing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen resumes for tech roles (AI/ML Engineers, Golang Developers, Android etc.).
- Reach out to candidates, conduct initial conversations, and assess basic fit.
- Coordinate and align interviews with hiring panels.
- Collect, update, and maintain interview feedback in the recruitment system/ATS.
- Support employer branding activities (social posts, hiring campaigns, etc.).
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication.
Requirements
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of tech roles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
