This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Mengio, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the full-life cycle recruiting efforts. The intern will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practices
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Experience or interest in Employer Branding strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
