Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition (Human Resources - Recruitment) role based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and enhancing employer branding strategies. The Talent Acquisition professional will work closely with team members and stakeholders to support overall business goals through effective recruitment and employment practices.

- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes.
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring the right candidates.
- Experience in Employer Branding initiatives and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
