With multiple clinics operational and several new openings planned, we're looking for an HR professional who can build and scale our people function with speed and empathy.
Role Overview: This is a full-spectrum HR role that combines talent acquisition with core HR operations. The person will own the entire employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to payroll, documentation, and culture building, across all Evoke clinics and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions: doctors, sales counsellors, clinic managers, front-desk staff, and support roles.
- Design effective sourcing strategies using portals, referrals, and local networks.
- Drive high hiring velocity while maintaining quality and cultural fit.
- Manage interview processes, candidate assessments, and offer rollouts.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding with all joining formalities completed.
- Maintain up-to-date HR documentation including employment agreements, NDAs, and clinic-wise staff files.
- Manage exit processes, F&F settlements, and clearances with diligence.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll processing.
- Set up systems for tracking attendance, leaves, and overtime accurately across clinics.
- Maintain employee data for PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliance.
4. HR Operations & Culture
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries and grievance resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that reflects Evoke's values.
- Implement POSH guidelines and ensure compliance across all locations.
- Conduct periodic HR audits and engagement surveys.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in HR & recruitment, preferably in multi-location retail, healthcare, or hospitality setups.
- Strong ability to handle high hiring volumes with speed and structure.
- Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, and documentation processes.
- Empathetic communicator with good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of labour laws, compliance, and POSH is essential.
