Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Source and manage candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment-related content.
- Support employer branding initiatives and HR communication on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and other HR initiatives.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documentation.
