Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist will manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations. This role combines strategic hiring with hands-on HR generalist responsibilities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Talent Acquisition- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules
- Manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
HR Generalist Responsibilities- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Support training and development initiatives
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [25] years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles
- Strong understanding of hiring practices and HR operations
- Familiarity with HRIS, HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
