Primary job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across India: source, screen, interview, close, and hand off for onboarding while maintaining candidate experience and time-to-hire metrics.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards and proactive sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search) for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles.
- Manage and update the ATS to ensure accurate candidate tracking, stage progression, and recruitment analytics for stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft role briefs, interview guides, scorecards, and structured selection processes to improve hiring quality.
- Lead offer management including compensation benchmarking, negotiation, and timely closure while safeguarding employer brand.
- Run targeted hiring campaigns including campus drives, referral programs, and employer-brand initiatives to scale hiring funnel.
