Purpose

Alpine Wellness LLP is hiring aTalent Acquisition Executiveto support the recruitment needs of our US parent company, Alpine Health. This role bridges recruitment operations between India and the United States, ensuring seamless candidate sourcing, initial screening, and coordination with the US HR team for final interviews. The position requires exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, as the executive will work closely with senior leadership, including Directors and other top-level professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for US-based positions.
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions aligned with role requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and other channels.
  • Manage hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, including pre-interview assessments.
  • Prepare shortlists of suitable candidates by reviewing CVs, portfolios, and references.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone/video) with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment materials, interview notes, and related documentation for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with the US HR Manager for final interview rounds.
  • Collaborate with Directors and senior-level employees, requiring extraordinary coordination and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct structured interviews and ask the right questions.
  • Experience in recruitment processes, preferably with exposure to international hiring.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with senior management.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST (Part-time, Permanent)
