Key Responsibilities :
1. Workforce Planning & Hiring
- Collaborate with business heads, plant leaders, and project managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Translate manpower plans into actionable recruitment strategies for plants, fabrication yards, and corporate offices.
- Handle bulk, lateral, replacement, and project-based hiring.
2. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Recruit for technical and non-technical roles including:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Welding, QA/QC, Safety
- Project Engineers, Planning, Procurement, Maintenance
- Supervisors, Operators, Fitters, CNC/VMC Operators
- Corporate roles (HR, Finance, SCM, IT)
- Coordinate technical and management interviews with internal panels.
3. Sourcing Strategy
- Use multiple sourcing channels: job portals, referrals, consultants, campus hiring, walk-ins, and social media.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche Oil & Gas skills.
- Maintain vendor/consultant relationships and negotiate hiring costs.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a recruitment SPOC for plant heads, project teams, and leadership.
- Provide regular hiring status updates and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs.
5. Offer & Onboarding
- Prepare and roll out offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
- Coordinate background verification, medicals, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation compliance.
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory norms, and internal HR policies.
- Support audits and documentation related to hiring.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience in Oil & Gas, heavy engineering, fabrication, or EPC companies
- Exposure to plant hiring and project mobilization
